Yes, we offer FREE collection and delivery within a 5km radius of our branches (Greyville and West Street). You can book a collection via WhatsApp or through our online booking form, choose your time slot, and we handle the rest.
Standard laundry is usually completed within 24–48 hours. Same-day and express options may be available on request, depending on load size and service type. Bulky items like duvets and blankets may take a bit longer.
We use eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergents that are gentle on fabrics and suitable for sensitive skin, children and pets. They are strong enough to remove dirt and odours, but soft on your clothes and bedding.
You can include everyday clothing, towels, linens, bedding, and some light household items. For special items like duvets, blankets, curtains, carpets or sneakers, we recommend booking them under their specific services so we can treat them correctly.
We pre-treat and work on stains as much as possible, and in many cases we can significantly reduce or remove them. However, some older or set-in stains cannot be fully removed without damaging the fabric. Please point out any problem stains when you book or on drop-off so we can give them extra attention.
