Yes. We offer FREE collection and delivery within a 5km radius of our Greyville and West Street branches. You can schedule a collection via WhatsApp or our online booking form, select “Dry Cleaning” as your service, and we’ll handle the rest.
Most dry-cleaning orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Urgent and same-day options may be available for selected items like suits and jackets, depending on drop-off time and volume. Wedding dresses and heavily soiled garments may take a bit longer.
Yes. We use professional dry-cleaning solvents and spotting agents designed to protect delicate fabrics such as wool, silk and evening wear. Garments are thoroughly rinsed and aired, and we avoid harsh products that could irritate sensitive skin or damage fibres.
Dry cleaning is ideal for suits, jackets, coats, blazers, formal trousers, dresses, evening gowns, wedding dresses and other garments labelled “Dry Clean Only”. We also handle uniforms and some delicate household items. If you’re unsure, send a picture or bring the item in and we’ll advise on the best cleaning method.
We pre-treat stains using professional spotting techniques and in many cases can significantly reduce or remove them. However, old, heat-set or DIY-treated stains may not come out completely without risking fabric damage. Please show or mention any stains when you book so we can assess and give them extra attention.
